Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Product Specialist for a Techno-Commercial role to drive the sales of Electric Vehicles (EVs) at our dealership outlets. The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, coordinating marketing activities, and providing essential sales-related reports to ensure the success of EV sales initiatives in close partnership with Dealership manpower.

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in the sales process of EV cars to end customers at dealership outlets.
• Execute and coordinate Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities as planned by assigned dealerships.
• Collaborate closely with the dealership teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and Management Information System (MIS) on a regular basis and support market insights.
• Present sales reports and MIS to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) periodically.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding EV features, benefits, and sustainability advantages.
• Conduct product demonstrations and organize events to enhance EV product awareness.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights to recommend sales improvement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

•B.E/BTech graduates from any stream
•60% throughout in 10th,12th and Engineering
•No backlogs throughout
•Work experience (0-3 years)

Preferred Skills:

•Experience in coordinating ATL/BTL marketing activities (For experienced candidates)
•Certifications or training in sales management or related fields (For experienced candidates)
•Understanding of EV technology and the automotive industry landscape
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
