Job Description:

-Create Strategies for Lead Generation. Creating list of potential clients

-Own the full inside sales cycle From Calling/Emailing to Demo to Closure to OnBoarding

-Cold Calling/Emailing to prospects

-Own the Sales Collateral. Develop top notch content for sales material and case studies etc.

-Building GTM Strategies on Partnerships and Alliances

-Identifying and planning for events and conferences to attend

-Identify speaking opportunities

-User Dashboard usage behavior analysis and action report

-Identify Growth Hack (at least 2 in a quarter)

-Measure & analyze results based on KPI’s

-Participate & represent the company in various online and offline forums

Skills Required:

-You will OWN this piece with complete freedom (and build a team after stabilising it)

-Must have a successful track record of Inside Sales before

-Experienced hustler & should be able to get things done. We value curiousness & Inquisitiveness

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong Data-driven mentality

-A balance of writing skills, social media savvy & creativity

-Good knowledge of Email Marketing and CRM tools like SendGrid, SalesForce etc

-Love for Talking to Prospects and Customers
