-Chat/Email/Answering incoming inquiry calls & answering queries about our services

-Maintains customer records by updating account information

Skills Required:

-Excellent organization, writing and communication skills

-Should have Telemarketing Skills & should have good understanding about Call Center Industry

-Must have good listening skills & should be a self-motivated person

-Proficient in using MS office, good typing skills

-Experience in International Process with US/UK/Australian clients is an added advantage
