Job Description:
- Develop and deliver technical presentations for audiences of all sizes and skill levels.
- Present and demonstrate Panaro Tech & solutions to perspective clients based on requirements of both technical and non-technical audiences such as end users and partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Engineers of strategic Alliance Partners. (i.e. Nakivo, Altaro, Novastor, Microsoft, etc.)
- Operate at the highest levels of integrity and be a thought leader for the Systems Engineering and Sales organization alike.
- Drive constant incremental improvement in your assigned Areas.
- Project / Program Management.
- Maintain all required data entry and paperwork in a timely manner. (Expense Reports, Status Reports, CRM entries, etc.)
- Prepare reports of the team’s revenue contributions (wins and losses, or other) for the Field Systems Engineer Manager.
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
- Ability/flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Attend trade shows and other field events (inside and outside of assigned Area) and participate in booth operation as necessary.
- Support sales team in selling products and services by attending sales calls and providing technical presentations and competitive differentiation to support sales opportunities. Facilitate technical meetings with customer and partner engineering resources

Skill Set Required:
- Advanced knowledge of Storage Technologies in NetApp and EMC is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Windows Server. Unix variants like Solaris, HP-UX, IBM AIX a plus
- Strong knowledge of network routing, switching,converged infrastructure and server components
- Advanced knowledge of hypervisors such as vSphere, Hyper-V, KVM, Veeam
- Working knowledge of Storage Area Networking (Fibre Channel, iSCSI)  
- Familiarity with LUN / Volume / Storage provisioning for networked storage
- Familiarity with programming languages like Perl, PowerShell, Python desirable
- Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio or equivalents  
- Application expertise including databases such as Oracle, SQLServer, etc
- Configuration management expertise is a plus
- Familiarity with simple programming languages such as Python, Perl, PowerShell, or Java is a plus  
- Experience with managing large numbers of systems in a public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or SoftLayer is a plus
