Job Description and Skill Set Required :-

-To design & build Web / Desktop applications using n-tier architecture (preferably in MVC) using either of PHP [preferably in Joomla framework] or C# / ASP.Net, SQL Server databases, JQuery or similar UI.
-To lead a small team.
-Some experience of site planning and flow-charting would be an advantage.
