Job Description:

Required skills:
-Ability to quickly understand and grasp complex/cutting-edge technologies within hi-tech including evolving telecom standards(4Gandbeyond), MPEG, VLSI, etc.
-Desire to deliver the best work product within set timelines
-Ability to think independently and in a team to understand problems & suggest solutions
-Excellent written and verbal communication [an absolute must]

As a Patent Associate, you will:
-Work with some of the leading technology corporations and technology experts, assisting them in their innovation road map and MnA decisions.
-Work on some of the cutting-edge technologies days and work together with technologists.
-Assist clients worldwide by delivering high-quality competitive intelligence and strategic services
-Work on some of the cutting-edge technologies day and work together with technologists
-Get an opportunity to identify problems and strive to resolve them by independent thinking.

Roles and Responsibility:
-Attending patent review committee (PRC) meetings to evaluate inventions.
-Conduct patent searches to assess the patentability of inventions
-Prepare US patent applications
-Assisting patent prosecution activities to take patent applications to grant Client interaction:: -Participate in inventor calls from Day1, communicate project highlights and summaries to clients via calls and e-mail
-Participate in devising IP strategies for clients.
-Assist corporations and licensing experts in their licensing & analytics activities.
-Conducting comprehensive searches and analyses of technical and patent information using online databases.
