Job Description:

- Receiving telephonic and across the table queries of new regular and referred Clients.

- Preparation of itineraries and providing accurate information to client.

- Estimate / costing.

- Business Communication (verbal and written).

- Internal Operations (processing booking / communication with Overseas suppliers, keeping track of the file {ticketing & Visa).  Formalities/ status, hotels and all land arrangements.

- Documentation.

- Liaising with overseas suppliers.

- Closing the business.

- Good knowledge of all International destination like Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, NewZeland, African Countries, & Asian Countries.
