Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Production, Marketing and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Handling distributors on day to day basis and assisting them in hiring, raising Purchase Order and Invoices.
- Oversee Customer Support; you will have to analyze and resolve customer’s grievances.
- Manage installation team.
- Work with marketing team in close co-ordination for printing, and distribution.
- Oversee financial compliances, planning, systems and controls such as VAT, TDS and PF
- Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
- Organization of fiscal documents.
- Supervise and train installation engineer.
- Managing grantor contracts and reimbursement requests.
