Job description:
- Managing all travel-related requests from the premium/corporate clients
- Providing spontaneous travel solutions using ClayPlay tools and systems
- Understanding the client's requirements and advising the best possible solutions
- Educating the customer with the required industry-wide information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Maximizing resources to support ClayPlay's client-driven initiatives
