Job Description:

Job Responsibilities include
- Managing and building the operation workflow for scale
- Optimizing the operations cost through unique and alternative channels and methods
- Overseeing that a high level of service experience is delivered to each customer
- Maintain good relationship with all the third-party logistics vendors
- Follow up with customers to get feedback on their experience
- Create detailed reports of the operations for bi-weekly analysis

Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the logistics related field
- Comfortable with going on field to source for vendors
- Deep knowledge of the local area for operation purposes
- Ability to manage the logistics personnel
