Job Profile: Online Bidder

Job Location: Mohali

Desired experience- 0-2 Years

Course Specialization- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/BSc or equivalent

Batch- 2014-2016

Probation Period- 6 Months

Training Period: 3 Months (Only for Fresher)

Stipend: 5K-8K (Only for Fresher during 3 months Training Period)

Salary: INR 1.2 LPA – INR 3 LPA

Bond- 1 Year

Job Description:

-Work closely with other Seniors or concerned department heads of the organization to meet the required sales targets for self and the company.

-Should act as a link between the development team and the client and build a good relationship with potential and existing clients.

-Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with Client and closure.

Skill Set Required: 

-Experience in generating new business from online bidding portals like Freelancer, Elance, Guru, Odesk or other avenues for our company based out of Chandigarh.

-Should have strong market awareness and excellent verbal, written communication skills in English.

-Should have experience of writing proposals/cover letters and handling client interactions including bidding, follow ups, requirement gathering, negotiations and deal closure.

-Should have prior experience in a Software or Web Development Company.

-Having prior links or a strong individual bidding profile will be a plus.

-Having proven track record in online bidding and lead/business generation in areas like Application development, Mobile development, Web Design & Development, Content Writing, Data Entry etc will be a plus and will be given preference.
