Job Description:

-Do lead generation, existing client’s relationship management, and data reporting etc, as a remote offshore center to Support Dubai operations.

- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data

- Analyzing the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and developing and implementing innovative strategies for improvement and growth

- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution

- Driving improvement initiatives that positively impact Client satisfaction & business profitability

- Project managing improvement efforts across India and Dubai work process and maintain consistence in effort & implementation

- Also to cross sell and up-sell Digital services (Email Marketing, Website Development, Content writing, bulk sms etc) and ICT solutions and services like google, IBM etc to our existing 5000 clients.

- Work in coordination with Dubai Team. Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation and presenting findings or test results to Dubai Team via conference calls

- Work involves interacting with decision makers of companies like CFO’s, IT Heads, and Directors etc.

- Knowledge of Digital process and Services
