Salary offered: INR 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA (After 6 months training period)
Stipend: Up to 6 months INR 18k (after 6months as per the performance package ranging from 3 LPA to 3,5 LPA)

Profile 1:- Trainee (Research)
Job Description:
• Responsible for study & analysis of literature & Technical research and analysis related to their areas of expertise, consolidation of data and presentation of findings.
• Analysis of technical literature related to their areas of expertise.
• Ability to break down a technology into multiple components and perform a granular analysis.
• Client Deliverable preparation (Word Document, PPT presentation, Excel).
• Supporting Business Development team in other tasks, as and when they arise, as per the requirement.
• Coordinate with senior team members from time to time in relation to the project.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Sound technical knowledge in respective domain(s) is a must.
• Strong evaluation, formatting and organization skills.
• Excellent computer and writing skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
Educational Qualification Requirements
The candidate should be a MTech (Chemical/Chemistry) and MSc Chemistry M Pharma (Chemistry) with 70% to 80%and above in M tech and MSc
Salary: 18k and its negotiable.
Profile 2:- Research Associate
Job Profile/Description
• Responsible for managing the research and delivery of critical information and knowledge affecting research, development and business performance of our clients.
• Analyze and summarize search results.
• Conducting Prior Art searches on different databases.
• Good knowledge & initial understanding of the new fabrication or invention.
• Extraction & Evaluation of searching Data & Results, mapping and different summary and charts related to report formation.
• Responsible for Quality Check on the Final Deliverables & Reports.
Candidate Description
• Any experience in (IP) patent support services domain will be an added advantage.
• Sound technical knowledge in respective domain(s) is a must.
• Strong evaluation, formatting and organization skills.
• Excellent computer and writing skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
