Job Description:
Web Developer:
-Design software applications using HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
-Design and implement front-end business applications while working closely with developers to help generate requirements.
-Work with other developers on the implementation of common frameworks and solutions, to support and maintain existing production code in the field and develop and deliver new enhancements and products to our client base.
-Develop documentation including help text, report samples, and screen samples.
-Candidate may be required to occasionally travel to professional meetings and working trips as required.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information at all times.

Web Designer:
-Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
-Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
-Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients; developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
-Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managerS
-Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
-Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
-Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programssuch as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Flash;
-Developing interactive design;
-Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
-Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
-Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
-Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages.

Skill Set Required:
Web Developer:
-Excellent command over HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap is a must.
-Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries (JavaScript, JQuery,etc.)
-Experience in developing responsive web pages for mobile & desktop browsers is essential.
-Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation/self-learning,open to learning new technologies and should be able to work independently.

Web Designer:
-Formal graphic design training
-Must have knowledge of Photoshop and fireworks for slicing designs to be converted into XHTML compliant Web pages.
-Candidate with very good experience in Template and Theme Designing.
-Knowledge of iPhone & Android PSD Design.
-Must have analytical & artistic skils, good Communication & computer skill.
-Must have Time-management skill to meet deadline of different projects at a time.
-Moderate - HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
-Proficient on Backbone, bootstrap, node.js etc. frameworks of Javascript
-Moderate knowledge of Photoshop for slicing designs to be converted into XHTML compliant Web Pages
-Experience in logo, Template and Theme Designing
-Knowledge in SaaS, Less; Knowledge of iPhone & Android PSD Design,
-Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation/self-learning.
