Job Responsibilities & Desired Candidate Profile:

1) Business Development Executive

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing Content, Marketing Materials, PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

2) Marketing Executive

- Leading and managing marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects
- Oversing the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content and social media accounts
- Regularly interacting with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results
- Monitoring competitor activity and brainstorming potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
- Assisting in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships

3) Web Content Developer & Writer

- Knowledge of standard writing practices, basic design fundamentals, web optimization and digital content management systems; ability to meet deadlines, follow guidelines and communicate with clients
- Candidate should be creative and imaginative
- Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- Candidate should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
