Job Description and Skills Required :
-Candidate should be competent in English (speaking & writing) Instructional Designing Skills Multimedia Skills.
-Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS will be a plus Preference will be given to the candidate with eLearning (CBT/WBT/ILT) deliverables and principles knowledge

Instructional Designing Skills:
-Instructional design techniques and webbased development tools
-Editorial requirements, English grammar and instructional design of materials
-Interviewing SMEs to define and structure instructional materials
-Instructional approaches (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
-Sound knowledge in MS Power Point – ability to create presentations with rich visuals

Multimedia Skills :
-Photoshop CS3 or later
-Video Making tool like GoAnimate
-Corel Draw
-Adobe Photoshop
