Job Description:

-Handling the business promotion activities.

-Assessing the education industry and getting leads for business promotion.

-Specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department and to assist with the implementation of the department’s policy, strategies and campaigns.

-The Executive will have to formulate the contents for the marketing mix and put forth efficient and innovative marketing plans.

Accountabilities:

-Keep the rules and standards of the organization and be the representative who deliver the best to the customer .

-Schedule the appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.

-Organize and attend joint sales calls with Vendors.

-Open new accounts.

-Responsible to liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

-Prepare reports for marketing and sales and keeping expense accounts.

-Generate new and repeat sales by providing product, technical information in a timely manner

-Identify customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend relevant products/solutions

-Deliver the best quote to the customer and know the competition and report to the team leader

-Proactively recommend products needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability

-Keep up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings

-Contact customers following sales to ensure on going customer satisfaction.

-Present a professional image at all times

-Study the product thoroughly and know the marketing techniques .

-Improve Communication skill according to the changing styles and fashion of the market .

-Report to the team leader for all the activities on a daily , monthly and quarterly basis .

-Present a professional image at all times

-You must take the ownership of the task assigned to you
