- Managing the office and conducting site visits for walk-ins or planned tours
- Management of community and communications with them

- Lead generation through cold calling
- Database acquisition, sorting, management

- Social media posts
- Maintain booking calendars
- Prepare monthly client invoices
- Basic accounting and filing
- Planning events etc as and when needed
- Manage & maintain data in Google Spreadsheets
- Manage e-mail communication
- Manage mass mailing software
- Manage telephonic communication with external people
- Coordinate with Vendors for initiation & completion of work
- Coordinate with partners
- Manage Social Media Posts

Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Very good written communication skills in English
