Profile Offered : Manager/Sr. Manager, Corporate Client Servicing

Job Description :

• The candidate shall lead and develop a world -class service delivery team that provides leading-edge delivery capability to AM and its customers.
• The candidate will be responsible to deliver projects exceptionally well and ensuring all processes are followed. You will work with a global delivery team and drive client outcomes.
• Responsible for ensuring right processes, metrics are captured and corrective actions are taken on time. You will contribute to the overall vision and direction of the company. The candidate will also interact with the client on a regular basis. The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction.


Salary : CTC Upto 7 LPA (inclusive of lucrative incentives) negotiable for deserving candidates.

Job/Interview Location : Gurgaon

Eligibility : Overall industry experience of not less than 4 years; with strong Account management and service delivery skills; candidates should be passed out in 2011-2014.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the Top-notch corporates and be accountable and responsible for planning and execution of all projects.
• Provide consulting services to key clients; and drive continuous customer experience optimization.
• Manage client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc).
• Build an integrated, engaged and high performing team, with strong culture of delivery and best -in -class thinking.
• Training / Mentoring / Coaching for team members to create a solid implementation team.

Desired Candidate Profile :
• Exceptional Team management experience, excellent communication and analytical skills
• 3+Yrs of Experience in Team Handling/Service delivery profiles
• High level of EQ and inter-personal relationship skills.
• Front line experience working with high growth corporates in Service delivery domain preferably with B2B experience.
