Job Description:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers/landlords in selling/leasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
• Display market property to potential buyers and tenants.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, Update CRM etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Good interpersonal skills to deal with Clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Good negotiation skills to help Clients agree to terms.
• Good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
