Role & Responsibilities - Management Trainee is a 1 year program where fresh MBA pass-outs / CA inter / CS inter will be given functional exposure in the area of Business Reporting and Controlling activities.

Qualification Criteria - Scholastic : 60% & above in 10th, 12th
MBA (Finance) / CA or CS Inter: Candidate should have scored 60% and above in each/all semester. No back logs or history of any back logs and no grace marks in the entire tenure throughout academics.
