Skill Set Required:  
-Experience with PHP 5.2.x
-Experience with Magento including theming, module development, and features module
-Experience with Magento eCommerce Community and Enterprise editions versions 1.5-1.7+
-Competent HTML/CSS/Javascript coding abilities - including the latest standards (HTML5, CSS3) and Web 2.0 / AJAX
-Experience using version control systems (SVN, Git)
-Strong written and oral communication skills - ability to write technical documentation
