Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Handling shipping and inland transportation
- Handling custom clearance of import and export shipments
- Awareness of custom rules and regulations
- Awareness of re-import and re-export formalities
- Ability to negotiate and finalize with freight forwarders and transporters
- Coordinating with production team for ensuring material availability.
- Have an in-depth understanding of local transportation should have handled interstate transportation also.
- Strong Handling of material movement (inward/outward) Maintaining documentation of material issue and all material movements Responsible for storage, material supply, loading / unloading techniques.
- Basic knowledge of transport related documentation
- Should communicate through e-mail/ phone calls
- Hand on experience with ERP
- Well versed with Microsoft excel
- Should able to deal with internal customers documents challans way bill Releasing.
- Communication with Warehouse and production team for aligning the indents.
- Trip Sheet records & Data maintenance on a daily basis.
