Job Description:

We are currently seeking Lead Backend Developers to build an amazing product. We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to work in fast-paced and aggressive environment with a zeal to learn and can take full ownership of end-to-end development of product. You will come on board as a member of the core team.

Desired Competencies:

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/ Related disciplines/ relevant experience
- 2+ Years of Java, Backend programming experience (IN START-UP)
- In-depth knowledge of the product development / server side management.
- In depth knowledge of Python-DJango
- Developing high performing REST APIs for application functionality
- MySQL or any other structured DB

Additional Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter with ability cope with sharp learning curves.
- Should be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative,
- We measure your experience not in years but on how you think and get stuff done but yes you do need some experience. So this cannot be your first app or first real job
