Job Description:

- Install computer and software according to user requirement

- Work on e-mail setup for new employees

- Troubleshoot routine hardware/ software problems faced by the employees

- Network Management:

- Ensure network connectivity and maintain the networking system

- Maintain and upgrade the hardware/ software as and when required

- Maintain computer hardware, servers, computer network and peripheral devices by conducting routine examination

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Submit task status to Reporting Manager on a daily basis

- Develop any operational reporting/ documentation that may be required

- Work towards developing own skills as specified by Reporting Manager

Skill Set Required: 

- Basic trouble shooting skills in Windows

- Basic knowledge of networking (Switches, routers, LAN, WAN, Firewall etc.)

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Knowledge of mailing solution at server/client end

- Knowledge of AD, Windows, Servers
