Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Responsible for maintaining all documentation and process related to Upgrade Department.
- Analyse the customer database and help in create new Upgrade products as per the field requirement.
- Continuous customer interaction to take feedback and follow up with orders.
- Work in cross department environment.
- Coordinate with Commercial & Production Department for availability of inventory and finished products.
- Work with Sales & Service Department in closing sales orders as per the targets and ensuring customer delight.
- Coordinate with multiple departments at different levels to ensure the task is completed in given timeline.
- Responsible for achieving targets of nanoSorter Upgrades Department.
