Job Description:
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to design, write, and build new digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Lead subcontractors, vendor and agency relationships that will help you execute campaigns with     excellence.
- Partner closely with peers on field marketing teams to ensure campaign and creative alignment, and share insights.
- Research, develop and implement new paid acquisition channels and strategies.
- Optimize spend and manage budget to drive growth while staying within set expectations.
- Rigorously test and improve existing campaigns to increase scale across a variety of channels.
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices with an understanding of how they can be applied to digital campaigns.
- Own measurement and tracking within analytics for paid channels through definition of goals, tracking events, and conversion triggers.
- Analyze channel performance data and deliver key reporting and insights to inform future go-forward strategy and approach.
- Clearly communicate what works as well as what doesn’t to the larger marketing team.
- Experience creating landing pages, emails, and creative content.
Skills Required:
- Ability to create and manage display advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of Eloqua and Salesforce platforms, that includes list pulling, list uploading and list management related to campaign management.
- Experience in identifying focused target audiences and messages that resonate with audience members.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools / platforms.
- Successful track record setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Strong experience with SEO and keyword selection best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Proven ability to report and analyze digital marketing analytics
- Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage several projects simultaneously (and prioritize appropriately)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external team members
- Detail oriented with writing and oral communication skills
- Problem solver who understands business challenges and finds solutions
