Job Description:
- Gathering Business Requirements from the client/Customer.
- Interact with clients to understand and capture their functional and technical requirements.
- Gather Functional Requirements and Non Functional Requirements
- Interprets business needs and translates them into system requirements.
- Prepare Proposal Document and get approval from Project Manager.
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
- Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
- Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing.

Skill Set Required:
- Should have knowledge in MS office & MS Visio Tools.
- Good Organizational, analytical and Problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
(If their graduation is IT then we dont require any additional training programs. If the candidate is having non IT graduation, then they should complete Business Analysis training before coming for the interview.)
