Job Description:

- Provide technical responses to product questions reported via channel partner support, or at times direct from customers. Support is delivered by email and telephone.

- Reach out to clients and assist them to choose right product.

- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution

- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds

- Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues

- Deliver software patches and upgrades to resolve issues

- Provide product feedback to reduce the number of issues experienced by the customer

- Back up and assist the solutions/applications engineering team when they’re in the field delivering projects.

- Prepare post-sales support material to increase the effectiveness of Tier 1 support

- Assist in the training of Tier 1 support

- Making Proposal,

- Follow up with existing client.

- ADSS server installation/AFP Server installation.

- CSR creation on a different server.

- SSL Certificate installation on IIS and Apache Tomcat Server.

- CMS Management

- Assisting to sales person

- Info-sheet: - Suggesting Type of product require

- Check: - Client Validity through online sources.

- CSR: - Create certificate in CMS

- Assisting: -  Client for Certificate Installation

- SSL Information: - Competitive Information(Research)

Skill Set Required: 

- CCNA and CEH certified fresher’s preferred.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with distributed and web-based applications and data networking on Linux (embedded, Ubuntu) and Windows.

- Technical knowledge of wireless and communications networking

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with working with a geographically dispersed and customers.

- Ability to work cross functionally with development and applications engineering and sales staff.

- The ability to learn quickly and teach others.

- Motivated by solving problems and helping others

- Competent in MS Office tools, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel
