A basement in Noida with few trainees, lend P-III computers from friends, left over furniture of a moved on office & no power back up, Internet or telephone line initially for months become our battleground. Small to big problems were taken as challenges and were overcome.

Job Description and Skill Set Required: 

- Java/ J2EE technologies: Core Java, JSP Servlet, Hibernate, MVC Frameworks, Struts 2

- Good database knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL

- Should be well aware of SRS, DFD & other tools of SDLC

- Proficiency in programming, applying validations, perform unit testing (JUnit) of web applications and debugging/ fixing of defects reported in system/ acceptance testing

- Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
