A basement in Noida with few trainees, lend P-III computers from friends, left over furniture of a moved on office & no power back up, Internet or telephone line initially for months become our battleground. Salary: Experienced candidates: 15-30% hike based on last Salary

Freshers: INR 1.20 Lakh Per Annum based on the clearance of machine test and if few of them need On The Job training for 3-6 months that may also be provided at no CTC.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

-Java/ J2EE technologies: Core Java, JSP Servlet, Hibernate, MVC Frameworks, Struts 2 working knowledge
-Good database knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL
-Should be well aware of SRS, DFD & other tools of SDLC
-Proficiency in programming, applying validations, perform unit testing (JUnit) of web applications and debugging/ fixing of defects reported in system/ acceptance testing
-Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
