-Must have sound knowledge of core JAVA, Servlets, Struts, JSP.

-Knowledge of framework like hibernate and all will be preferred.

-Knowledge on JAVA web services will be additional advantage

-Must have good communication and presentation skills.

-Able to work in shifts.
