-Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

-Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

-Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

Skill Set Required:

-Very strong coding skills on Core Java

-Should be able to analyze and code complex algorithms/logic

-Should have hands on knowledge of working on Java Multithreading programs

-Should have expertise in Java Collection framework

-Must have very good exposure on struts/JSP services/Jquery/Ajax, Json-based UI rendering
