Job Description :

- This is a key profile that will be face of the Product Engineering team as well as the Product itself into the Market.
- Analysis of the Product Requirements received from the Product Management group, End Customer, Portal etc. and translating them into Product features.
- Feasibility Analysis with taking core engineering team into confidence as well as getting approval of features design from the Product Management group.
- Preparing the requirement, design and testing documents in order to comply with iWant SDLC Practice.
- Handholding the engineering team during the detail design, QA and Post release activities.
- Working with Closed User Group (Customers involved in Product roadmap design) for collecting their valuable feedbacks, requirements, Product demo etc.
- Local, National or International travel individually or along with Sales/Marketing/Product Mgmt team for presentations, demo, feedback collection etc.
- Designing/Reviewing user experience of the product as per latest market trend. Bringing Innovations to set the new bench marks.
- Close Co-Ordination with Technology/Platform partners for the System integration, Deployment or any other aspect that is part of the Product deliverable.

Skill Set Required :

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills, Analytical and Presentation.
- Must be an excellent listener with outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Must have hands on Programming experience into either JAVA/J2EE or Any Types of Smartphone Apps.
- Experience into Healthcare or ecommerce will be additional advantage.
