Job Profile: IT Sales (Inside/Field)

Training/Probation Period: 3 – 6 Months

Salary: INR 5.25 LPA (4 - 6 months of probation period in which stipend of 12,000 INR will be paid)

Bond: 2 Years 

1. Cheque of 2,00,000 rupees needs to given at the time of joining towards bond value which will not be encashed.
2. The cheque towards bond value will only be kept as a security document

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

1. IT Inside Sales: 

-Responsible for generation new business through cold calling, email, references in Domestic / International market.
-Selling Microsoft, opensource, business intelligence and CRM solutions to offshore clients. 
-Understanding client's requirements, drafting project estimation and proposals in consultation with the technical team.
-Good understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn, hoovers, Zoominfo, data.com etc. 
-Excellent communication skill, business savvy, creative, flexible and innovative team player.
-Interacting with CXO level person in the assigned territories.
-Preparation of Proposals, documentations etc. 
-Responsible for negotiation and customer relationship management.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

2. IT Field Sales

-Selling Microsoft, opensource, business intelligence and CRM solutions to offshore clients. 
-Meet or exceed targets relating to Sales target, customer retention and new customer acquisition
-Excellent written & verbal communication in English
-Ability for product demonstration to client.
-Aggressive, Self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills 
-Identify possible business opportunities to Identify new account, map and build strong business relationships with key decision makers.
