- Installing and configuring hardware equipments, systems, servers and networks;
- Troubleshooting of hardware equipments, systems, servers and network problems;
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

- Mail client creation and troubleshooting (Outlook, Thunderbird etc).
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
