Salary:

During Internship- Fixed: INR 2500

Post Internship- INR 1.8 LPA – INR 3 LPA (Depends upon candidate’s performance during the interview)

Job Description:

-Responsible to help in hiring good and quality talent for various profiles available in GrowFitter.

-Candidate shall be responsible for creation of Training Modules for different departments.

-Help in on boarding of new candidates by help in streamlining of the on boarding process.

-Helping create Employee policies with regards to Incentive policies and other policies within

GrowFitter.

-Being a coach for employees and hired interns to keep them motivated.

Skills Required:

-Very Good communication is imperative.

-Basic Knowledge of HR functions and policy.

-Good Policy drafting skills.

-Comprehension skills for understanding the exact requirements of a profile and swiftness in hiring a talent.
