Job Description:

-Prospecting Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMs) / Contract Manufacturers of Electronic & Electro-mechanical products.

-Proficient use of interpersonal skills via phone and email. Engage and probe customer to ensure their true needs are determined and fulfilled.

-Respond to quotes, process orders and manage information flow to CRM/ERP.

-Assist customers to resolve sales queries

-Answer incoming Calls / Chats / Emails from customers and suppliers

-Supporting on order processing and sourcing.

-Coordinate with shipping and logistics department

-This position is for USA Shift - Male Candidates Only

-Ability to Learn New Systems and Business

-Good People Management Skills
