Salary: 

INR 20000 (during Probation Period)

INR 3.6 LPA (Fixed) + INR 1 LPA (Variable)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: BE/Btech/MBA (With BE)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- The Inside Sales Associate would be responsible making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and following a diligent process towards converting leads to paying customers.
- The successful candidate will be expected to have an intimate knowledge of the process that makes Inside Sales efficient and effective. 
- The candidate should be result oriented and will be required to create opportunities for successful closure over the phone.
