Roles of Application Implementation Engineer:

1 Flexible to do implementation of software and train customers on need basis
2 Should be proactive in identifying different use cases of features.
3 Manage large number of incoming calls and should identify & asses customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
4 To perform thorough review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance.
5 Customer orientation and ability to adopt /respond to different types of customers.
6 Ability to recognize ineffective customer service interaction, identify gaps in quality of service and drive initiatives to improve service quality.
7 Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines.

Skills:

1 Good Working knowledge of Microsoft excel
2 Should have handled customer support for IT application remotely (Voice Support)
3 Sound Knowledge of SQL Server, database Maintenance
4 Knowledge in Healthcare Domain would be an added advantage.
5 Excellent communication skill.
6 Hindi Must
7 Openness to learn.
8 Good attitude to put extra efforts to complete the tasks.
9 Willing to travel.
10 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
