Salary Details:

Freshers: 84,000 - 1.44 LPA

Experienced: INR 2.4 LPA - 3 LPA

Job Description:

-Client interaction and understanding of hospital business processes

-Manage HMIS Implementation and user training for all modules of a Healthcare Information System

-Manage training room and related infrastructure independently.

-Resolve queries of end users (Doctors, Nurses, Public Health officials etc.)

-Handholding support post completion of trainings.

-Take user feedback and signoffs from users.

-Document user and hospital requests for any changes and coordinate with appropriate team.

-Coordinate with hospitals for necessary activities such as kick off, training execution, sign off etc.

-Adhere to project timelines and Plan for completion of activity

Skills Required:

-Graduate with experience in end to end HMIS implementation

-Graduate with good experience in hospital operations (both clinical and administrative processes)

-Local candidate preferred with flexibility to travel per project needs.

-Candidates should be able to learn HMIS and then train hospital users.

-Candidates should have good oral and written communication skills.

-Candidates should have knowledge of .Net and PHP
