Job Description: 
- Working with Technology, Sales and Operations team to identify talent requirements.
- Understanding target hire's skills & accordingly creating job descriptions
- Sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates
- Salary benchmarking
- Negotiations and on-boarding

Generalist:
- Company branding on Social Media Channels
- Establishing company policies for employees
- Employee life-cycle management
- Building a strong communication channel with each individual employee
- Other generalist HR responsibilities

Requirements:
- Graduation: Any
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience, especially in technical hiring
- Must have a deep understanding of taxations, compliances, EPF, ESOPs etc.
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Highly experienced in hiring for senior roles, especially in a Technology Start-up
