It is a pleasure introducing Afinoz to you. We are one of the fastest growing Fin tech startups in India. The company started its journey in January 2017 and managed to raise seed funding from one of the largest media houses in the country within 8 months of operations to the tune of USD 150,000. The company's promoters and co-founders are a bunch of highly qualified and experienced CA's, MBAs (from top institutes in India). One of the promoters is a partner in a 50 year old CA firm in Delhi and the other is a CFO of a billion dollar Indian firm based out of NCR. The vision of the promoters and co-founders is very long term in nature. They want to establish a platform that offers all financial services under a single domain in India. It would be different in multiple ways as compared to the current set of players and would offer the most value to customers. Position: HR Specialist

Job Location: Sector 2, Noida

Desired Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Salary: Hike on current CTC as per Industry Standards.

Education: MBA/MA (HR)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed job descriptions for each role in co-ordination with concerned manager & team
- Identify, screen and shortlist candidates for interviews with concerned manager & team
- Paperwork: Finalize paperwork for recruitment of new candidates
- Manage induction and training program for each new team member
- Prepare tests with inputs from team and administer the same before ‘releasing' employee for full time work with their team
- Plan and conduct periodic performance reviews along-with managers and senior management
- Identify training and career advancement opportunities for each team member
- Organize fun events and outings
- Manage employee benefits such as stock options, health insurance, PFI, etc.
- Institute a formal feedback mechanism from every one to immediate and top management
- Enable collaborative and collective learning and team-building activities
