Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing all work related to HR operations, which includes, but may not be restricted to:
On Boarding and Induction Process
- Ensuring that all new employees are given the necessary documents and resources to start executing their responsibilities
- Collection and verification of all employee documents
Exit Management
- Manage the smooth transition of an employee out of Avanti including conducting and documenting exit interviews and F&F, if any
- Ensure recovery of Avanti property before the person transitions out
- Provide requisite certificates – bona-fide, experience letter etc. to former employees
Maintenance of HRIS
- Maintain records and particulars of all employees during his/her time at Avanti and update it on an ongoing basis
- Document all communication made to every employee (promotions, performance appraisal summaries etc.)
Payroll Disbursement and Finance
- Coordinate with the Finance team and the employees to ensure that correct disbursement of salaries, increments and bonuses is done every month
- Provide administrative support to Finance team whenever needed
Hiring Support
- Run background checks on new hires and document information on the same
- Send offer letters and related documents to candidates, answer their queries on terms of employment and follow-up with them till they accept
- Track referrals that are made for disbursement of referral bonuses
Travel and Accommodation Desk
- Provide logistical support in the form of accommodation and travel bookings to employees who are relocating or travelling to an Avanti location
- Establish processes to help the company optimize costs in travel and accommodation
Office Operations
- Liaise with vendors & service providers for smooth operations in the Mumbai office
Miscellaneous
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner on performance appraisals and grievance redressal processes, in addition to execution of employee engagement initiatives
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent verbal & communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail; Comfort with MS Office (Word and Excel)
