-HR Manager capable of handling human resource & administration of E-learning organisation.
-Responsibilities include Recruitment and Selection, Skills Development, Reporting and Administration, Performance Management, Policies and Procedures etc.

Skill Set Required:
-Maintains the work structure & conduct interview drives as per requirement
-Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures
-Drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets
-Should have excellent communication skill
