About the Company:
StayAbode Ventures Private Limited is a start up primarily focussed on providing hassle free, community rich living to millenials. We are looking for a Community Manager who shall be responsible for managing the co-living property and running the day-to-day operations of the building and delivering on a delightful resident experience. The role will predominantly revolve around the following areas - property operations, repair and maintenance, sales and community living.

Salary: 

During Internship Period: Stipend of 10K to 15K  

Salary Once Confirmed (HR Associate): INR 3 LPA to INR 4 LPA (Fixed)          

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: None

Training/Probation Period: 3 months

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

- Responsible for end to end Employee life cycle.
- Employment engagement activities.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Updating MIS reports/ Database Update

Skill Set Required: 
- Excellent skills on Microsoft Office
- Efficient at working with a strong attention to detail
- Positive go-getter attitude, proactive and helpful
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under
pressure
- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field will be a plus
