Job Description:

-Manage the overall provision of Human Resource Services, policies and programs of the company.
-Hands on knowledge on recruiting and staffing. Work closely with team leads to understand hiring requirements, and decide the best approach & strategy for talent acquisition and end to end hiring process including designing and managing on-boarding and induction process.
-Lead employee engagement initiatives to build on a high efficiency work environment and culture
-Must have good knowledge on organizational departmental planning
-Must be hands on in knowledge on employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
-Hands on knowledge development, needs assessment; learning and development and documentation
-Hands on knowledge on employee relations & compensation and benefits administration & employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
-Maturity to handling grievances, disciplinary action and provide prompt solutions
