Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Screening the suitable profile of candidate to recruit the best talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
-Cold calls to suitable candidates and shortlisting the candidates in preliminary rounds.
-Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by understanding the job requirements and expectations of clients.
-Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
-Meet the companies staffing goals within multiple business units. Analyze and follow the JD of the company designed to measure the efficiency of staffing activity.
-Regular follow up with the respective clients we deal with and shortlisted candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
-Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports of recruited candidates
