Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Design and implement overall recruitment strategy

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

- Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies for Job Openings

- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications

- Assess applicants pertinence and aptitudes

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Administrative duties and record keeping

- Maintaining Employees Profile In Company’s Record both offline and Online

- Maintaining ESIC/ PF Records, Salary records and other documents related to Employees

- Resolving Day to Day issues of Employees

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter/HR Management will be an added advantage.

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Candidates for construction background or service background preferred.
