Job Description:

- Coordination with Department Heads and understanding their resource requirements.
- Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals like Naukri,Timesjob,Indeed and other networking tools such as
Linked-In or else internal reference.
- Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
- Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with Departmental Heads.
- Doing a background verification of shortlisted Candidates.
- Conducting Induction for new joiners to create awareness of the company policies.
- On boarding activities, Employee Engagement& Grievances, Employee Welfare/Relation & Retention. HR Policies and other HR activities.
- Generating & processing of staff salary.
- Maintaining records related to candidate.
- Maintaining Daybook and handling office administration.
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports like Tracker sheet.
- Checking the attendance for salary calculation. Maintaining Leave Records.
